• Correlate florals to tables and buffets

Final Design Meeting - 3 weeks before event

• Approve floral mockup and table design - linens, china, glassware, napkin and fold, place card, table number, menu, head table, guest book table, favors
• Approve lighting, power, sound and stage
• Finalize equipment list
• Finalize floor plan
• Correlate florals to tables and buffets

Final Music Meeting - 3 weeks before event

• Meet with DJ or Band leader on site
• Walk load in and setup areas
• Confirm power, sound, and lighting requirements
• Review stage setup, size and placement
• Review greenroom area, vendor meals, costume changes and break times

Final Production Meeting - 2-3 weeks before event

-Bride should have already completed the order of ceremony
• Sign off approval of proofs of all printed products
