Site selections for Ceremony and Reception -
- includes list of all appropriate sites and personal tour of all facilities
- includes pro's and con's evaluation of each site, review of policies, fees and restrictions.
Starting Consultation -
- Complete extensive questionnaire covering every aspect of wedding.
- Pinpoint overall direction and personality of event.
- Modify budget and client priorities.
- Complete wedding party contact sheet, skeletal agenda and preferred vendor list.
Vendor Interviews - web sites will be given out ahead for review -
- We will arrange for a 1/2 hour personal interview with various vendors who's skills and price points are compatible with event.
- Vendor's to be interviewed will include: photographers, videographers, florists, DJ's, officiants, and caterers.
- Additional discussion or meeting may be required.
Budget Meeting -
Before all final vendors are selected and contracted, we will review your initial priorities and update your budget.
